Sofia is a 13 year old classical, pop violinist who sings and writes original songs.  She has played violin since she was 3 years old, when she saw an all female mariachi band playing and fell in love with the instrument.

 

Sofia performed on Little Big Shots season 3 episodes 3 and 13, including the Little Big Holiday Special. She played Game of Thrones and Toxic by Britney Spears on electric violin.

 

She also writes songs and composes music since she was 8, and completed her first album when she was 9.

 

Sofia is a big fan of the Scottish music fiddling scene and played in the Topanga Fiddle contest, placing 3rd at age 9.

 

She hasn’t missed a day of practice in 7 years and practices a minimum of 3-6 hours a day. She knits, reads fiction and writes more songs in her free time.

 

She is homeschooled, because homeschoolers are DOOOOOOOPE.

She works in national commercials. Nancy Clayton Management is her commercial manager.
